McLean Village Pty Ltd, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operating under the auspice of H.N. McLean Memorial Retirement Village in Inverell, is a charitable organisation providing aged and community care services in the New England/North West region of NSW, employing in excess of 275 staff.
The RTO understands the challenges presented to rural businesses regarding skill shortages, geographic isolation and workforce development challenges in rural communities and as such shares a vested interest in ensuring strategies that can benefit and develop our community and workforce are embraced. We are a not-for-profit organisation who are actively involved in our community and region alike and strive to develop and support the interests of our community and region.
We have the demonstrated capacity and capability to train, support, monitor, mentor, coach and assess in accordance with industry standards and employer expectations. Our training strategies are supported by a team highly skilled, practically experienced and qualified staff who are passionate about training and development. We have a proven capacity in delivering quality training outcomes, in a timely fashion and to the high expectations.
