McLean Care® operates throughout the North West and New England regions of Northern NSW. We have offices in Inverell, Tamworth and Gunnedah but our staff can reside in any areas that we provide services to which spans 100 000km2!

McLean has a range of career options where formal qualifications are not necessary such as within our Administrative or Hotel Services Team.
How often are new jobs advertised?
McLean Care® will advertise positions as they become vacant, however popular positions such as a worker in our Residential facility or a Home Care Worker are always on our website even as Interest Only. This means that while we may not be actively hiring we are always on the look out for talented people to join our team!
