Registerd Nurse
Full Time, Permanent Part Time, and Casual positions available.
Applications are invited from persons who have current NSW Registered Nurse registration, who skilled in the motivation and supervision of Staff, who have high level communication and consultative skills and can demonstrate an understanding of OHS, Continuous Improvement and Infection Control Principles and practices.
Applications strongly encouraged from new graduates, Registered Nurses wishing to rejoin the workforce and Registered Nurses looking for a career change.
Personal Care Assistants (Assistants in Nursing)
Casual positions available.
A number of casual positions exist with McLean Village for Personal Care Assistants. Applicants must be motivated, enthusiastic and willing to work in all levels of aged care.
The requirements for this position are as follows:
- Essential:
- Certificate III Aged Care Work (or equivalent)
- Commitment to quality Aged Care
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of OHS Principles
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience with the elderly
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Familiarity with Aged Care legislation and regulations
