The H.N.McLean Retirement Village, herein referred to as the McLean Village at Inverell in Northern NSW is a fully accredited aged care organisation providing a diverse range of residential and community based services.

McLean Village has a history of 50 years experience in aged care and has developed sound expertise in the delivery of services that has seen the dynamic expansion of residential and community activities across North West NSW.

Under the astute governance of the Board of Directors, a highly qualified team of executive personnel, care staff and ancillary staff has resulted in the McLean Village being recognised as national leaders in the provision of excellent aged care services wholly focused on superior outcomes for the residents and clients they serve.

Skills development of staff across all designations is a priority supported by continuing education in their own fully equipped Education Centre, which is a Registered Training Organisation, together with generous scholarships to encourage the pursuit of tertiary and academic qualifications.  The great success of this program is validated by several national awards recognising the commitment of McLean village in staff development.
